Ballot recipients were asked to nominate agents whom the they knew through personal experience and evaluate them based on customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction. Over 20,000 ballots were cast in 2005 and before the list was completed the finalists were reviewed by a blue ribbon panel of local industry experts.
